Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile and reliable professional for a unique dual-site position. This role combines corporate workplace support in Auckland CBD with premium hospitality service at our Airport Hotel.

1. Corporate Day Porter (Auckland CBD)
Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays | 8-hour shifts | Flexibility required.
In this role, you support the day-to-day operations and overall experience of a modern office environment.
• Food & Beverage Support: Assist baristas with café setup, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and manage catering deliveries, including dietary labelling.
• Meeting Room Management: Ensure rooms are tidy, furniture is correctly configured, and AV equipment is functional.
• Facilities Support: Conduct office walkthroughs, manage stationery/kitchen stocktakes, and process incoming/outgoing mail and couriers.
• Event Support: Prepare spaces for social events by stocking fridges, setting up glassware, and performing post-event resets.

2. Night Wait Staff (Premium Airport Hotel)
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday | Overnight (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM).
This role focuses on providing high-end service to hotel guests during the overnight period.
• Room Service: Answer guest calls professionally, enter food and beverage orders into the system, and deliver orders directly to rooms.
• Floor Management: Perform regular walkthroughs of guest floors to collect used trays, dishes, and glassware to maintain hotel standards.
• Breakfast Setup: Prepare the dining and service areas for the morning shift, ensuring the space is ready for the first breakfast guests.

Candidate Requirements
• Proactivity: A hands-on approach with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to work independently.
• Communication: Professional verbal communication skills for interacting with corporate employees and hotel guests.
• Presentation: A positive, friendly attitude is essential. An all-black uniform is required for all shifts to maintain a professional appearance.
• Commitment: Reliability is key, as you will be toggling between a corporate environment and a premium hospitality setting.
